When to order
We pack every order by hand within 2–4 working days. To arrive in time, we suggest ordering at least:

- US, UK, EU, UAE14 days before the day
- Canada, Australia14 days before the day
- Everywhere else21 days before the day
Weddings, Diwali, Christmas and Mother's Day are busy for couriers and customs: add a week. Need it by a date? Tell us before you order and we'll say honestly if we can make it.

You're allowed to be the person you're buying for.
Most of the jewellery people treasure was a gift. Some of the best were gifts to themselves: for a promotion, a birthday, a hard year survived. We'll still wrap it beautifully, and we'll still write the note. You just have to tell us what it says.
