Yes. Our silver is tested, and every piece page states the metal and its test result. We can send you the report for any piece. One reassuring sign: real silver tarnishes over time, and it cleans up beautifully. Why silver tarnishes.

Silver is naturally white. The rose or golden glow is a finish over the silver, and each piece page tells you exactly what it is. What "rose-toned" really means.

Every piece page lists its stones. We only name a stone once it's been identified; until then the page says "details on request" rather than guessing. Natural stones have small inclusions, which are part of their character.

Each piece page leads with a studio image, made from photographs of that exact pair and checked stone by stone against it: same stones, colours, cut and metal tone. Next to it are the actual, unretouched photos. Screens vary slightly in colour, so if you'd like to see it moving, ask for a video.

Most pairs exist once. When a piece sells, it's marked "found its person" and is never remade, so if you love one, don't wait for a restock.

Every piece page shows the weight per earring and compares it to a coin you know. Statement pairs are heavier by nature; our guide to wearing heavier earrings shows how to wear them comfortably.

Silver is often alloyed with other metals, and finishes add another layer. We don't yet state nickel content on every piece, so if you have a metal allergy, message us before ordering and we'll tell you what we know about that piece.

Yes. We release small collections a few times a year. The mailing list sees each one first.

Prices can be shown in USD, GBP, EUR, AED, CAD, AUD, INR. Payment is taken in Indian rupees; the rupee amount is shown before you pay, and your bank converts it.

If you're charged in rupees, your bank converts it at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. Many travel cards don't charge one.

Yes. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a regulated payment gateway. Your card details go straight to them over an encrypted connection; we never see or store them.

International debit and credit cards. In India, also UPI, net banking and wallets. If your card is declined, try another card or ask your bank to allow international payments, then try again. Your pieces stay held for 15 minutes.

No. Checkout takes your email and address, and that's it.

No, and we don't plan to. One-of-a-kind pieces are priced fairly from the start, so the person who buys today never pays more than someone who waits. Our mailing list gets first access to new collections instead.

Enter the code at checkout: it can cover part or all of an order, and any balance stays on the code for next time. Gift cards last five years. Buy a gift card.

We pack by hand and dispatch within 2–4 working days. After that, most international orders arrive in 5–10 working days, and India in 2–5. Times by country.

Free on orders over $157. Below that, a flat fee, always shown in your bag before you pay.

Possibly, and we'd rather you know now. Many countries charge duty or tax on imported jewellery, collected by the courier before delivery. Since August 2025, US parcels no longer enter duty-free. The charges are set by your country, not us. Details by country.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email the day it ships, and every parcel is insured.

Yes, until your order is dispatched. Message us as soon as you can.

It's insured. If it hasn't arrived 10 working days after its estimate, tell us: we'll chase the courier, and if it's lost we'll refund you in full or send an alternative.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn with its hygiene seal intact. Choose a refund, or Ivari credit with 10% added. Our returns promise.

Earrings touch skin. The seal shows a pair hasn't been worn, which keeps every piece safe for the next person. Try earrings on by holding them up in the mirror, and leave the seal on until you're sure.

Tell us within 48 hours with a few photos. We'll send a prepaid return and repair, replace or refund you in full, including shipping.

Our 6-month craftsmanship promise: if a stone comes loose or a setting fails in normal wear, we repair it free.
